The Webkinz come with secret codes that let users enter the Webkinz World online to play with a virtual version of their pets.
Users entering Webkinz World have the option of adopting their pet, naming it and even custom designing a room for it. Users can also play games in the arcade, compete against other players in tournaments, interact with friends online and answer quizzes in Quizzy's Question Corner.
All of these features earn users KinzCash, which can be used in the W Shop, a place to buy toys, furniture and clothes for their pets.
And there are a variety of other virtual-world programs aimed at youngsters -- programs such as Club Penguin as well as the Shining Stars.
Kids are going crazy over the Webkinz World and the hot item of the year is webkinz codes. Trying to get these requires effort.
